DinnerBell Meal Planner ("the App") and getdinnerbell.app ("the Website") are operated by Dash Labs, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes the information processed when you use them.
The Website
The Website's pages contain no analytics or advertising scripts and do not set cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard request information, such as your IP address, browser details, and requested page, to deliver and secure the Website. External sites receive information under their own policies only after you follow an external link.
The App
- Plan-generation inputs: household size, weekly budget target, dietary needs, and similar preferences are transmitted for AI processing when you ask the App to generate a plan.
- Generated content: meal plans and grocery lists are saved in the App on your device so you can revisit them.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond.
AI and Service Providers
Plan-generation inputs are processed by infrastructure and AI service providers that help return the generated plan. Their systems may process or retain request information as allowed by the production configuration and their applicable terms. We do not claim that generation requests and responses are never retained server-side.
Purchases
Subscription purchases are offered through Apple's App Store purchase flow. Apple handles payment and applies its own privacy policy and purchase terms.
Your Choices
Avoid including names or other unnecessary personal information in meal-planning preferences. For questions about saved app data or a support email you sent, contact us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
DinnerBell is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
